Disinfection and Sterilization
At Anna Metreveli Dental Center, great care is taken to the sterilization of instruments and patient safety. The cabinets are sterilized with disinfectants after each patient use. All dental rooms are equipped with germicidal lamps.
The instruments undergo the sterilization with the use of the highest standard equipment stages in a special sterilization cabinet as follows:
- Cold sterilization (chemical)
- Thermal sterilization
- Autoclave sterilization at 134 degrees Celsius.
Packaged sterile instruments are stored in sterilization jars equipped with germicidal lamps.
In Covid-19 pandemic environment, the Center has additionally installed an innovative Korean disinfection device, the Bio-Plasma, to ensure maximum safety of patients and staff.
The Bio-plasma protects the entire space of the Center almost 100% from diseases caused by germs and viruses, carefully cleansing, disinfecting and purifying the surrounding environment from viruses and bacteria.
